Bath Festivals
Bath Festivals is a charity that brings people and communities together through the power of music and books. Bath Literature Festival and Bath Music Festival take place each summer in the heart of Bath, and Bath Children’s Literature Festival takes place in autumn, filling the city with creativity and celebration.

The Bath Literature Festival is an unmissable literary event celebrating creativity and the written word. As one of the city's biggest and oldest literary events, it has become a key fixture in the cultural calendar.
Over the years, the festival has welcomed the likes of Ruth Jones, Jacqueline Wilson, Jeremy Vine, Carol Klein, Martin Clunes and many more. The Forum hosts many popular events with big-name authors and notable figures in the arts and literature world.

What's On
Bath Music Festival brings a world-class classical and choral music programme to historic venues across Bath. It showcases a host of internationally renowned artists presenting virtuoso performances of classical pieces, including Beethoven, JS Bach, Mozart, Haydn and Brahms and more.
The stellar programme takes place across the city, previously featuring the likes of world-renowned musicians, pianist Jeneba Kanneh-Mason, with some concerts taking place at The Forum.
The Bath Children's Literature Festival is Europe's largest dedicated children's literature festival. The Schools Programme brings curated sessions for more than 4,000 students from over 50 schools around the region.
The festival has seen authors like Frank Cottrell‑Boyce, Cressida Cowell, Liz Pichon and Rob Biddulph leading sessions, workshops and talks, with many wonderful events taking place at The Forum.
