Jonathan Aitken & Shane Taylor come from totally opposite ends of the spectrum - class, wealth, and worldview. One was a privileged Conservative MP – tipped as a potential future Prime Minister, the other a barely-educated young offender – with no regard for the law. 

Both ended up infamous – Shane as one of the most dangerous prisoners in the UK, and Jonathan as a perjurer fallen from grace and power. 

But behind bars, both discovered a faith which was totally unlike the religion they thought they knew.
