Accessibility

We welcome all guests to The Forum and do our best to cater to all ranges of accessibility. Please inform the Box Office (located at the main doors on the day of the show/ event) or a member of the Forum staff if you require any special assistance. Wheelchair spaces are available but do need to be pre-booked to ensure availability. We have various access points in the building to make your visit as easy and enjoyable as possible.

  • There is a lift for wheelchair users from reception to the Lower Foyer with access to the Stalls.
  • There is a second lift with access to the Upper Foyer and Ballroom bars.
  • There is an alternative entry/exit which better suits the needs of users with bigger/heavier wheelchairs.

Wheelchairs can be accommodated next to the end of row seats of rows F to K in the Stalls only. Wheelchair companion seats are located in the last seat of the relevant row directly next to the wheelchair spaces.

Essential Companion tickets are available to accompany Registered Disabled patrons.

Important information: The Circle/Balcony is only accessible by a staircase and is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users or those with some mobility issues due to the building's 1930s heritage and its Grade II listed status.

Please call Bath Box Office on 01225 463 362 to discuss your requirements and find out more about how they are assisting us with making access bookings as easy as possible.
